As I have told you personally, I think you would make an Excellent National President and one that will truly look towards Nation building and bringing a Nation together working towards common goals. Best of luck, although I know you will not count on luck and will be working hard to win the support of others. You have mine already.

and I am behind you 110%. I have great admiration
for your understanding of, and dedication to the Metis
agenda, not to mention your intelligence and personal
charisma (both of which I have noticed whenever you
are engaged in discussions, speeches or presentations).
I think you are well suited to take on the leadership
role at the National forum, especially during these
turbulant times. Aside from your involvment at the
Provincial and Federal levels, your participation
in international affairs for Aboriginal and Indigenous
Peoples can only be seen as an asset towards the candidacy
of President of MNC. With your experience and passion,
I believe it is your destiny to lead the Metis Nation!

Sincere congratulations on making this monumental decision Tony. When I learned that you might not run again in the MNO I was very concerned, most of all for the loss of your vision. As we're both aware, many can provide leadership but few have the insight, creativity, passion and vision to make those around them want to rally to their cause and follow them to greatness. You are such a leader and I truly believe that if you can successfully navigate your way through the minefield of petty politics that will be at play during this brief campaign, that all Métis in Canada will benefit greatly from the many strengths that you bring to the table.
